Shipping Policy
-Your shipping method rate/ estimated time that you chose at check out does not include the processing time it takes to fulfill your order. Please keep that in mind when placing your orders.

Once USPS has received your package your shipping method will start. We can't control delays, lost or missing packages. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Once your order is shipped we can not redirect a package to a new address. You will need to connect the carrier. 

International Shipments may be charged additional fees for their countries tax + duties or import charges.

Shipping times are also not in our control. Shipping can take up till 6 weeks for certain countries. 

We are very accommodating with US shipping. If we are able to give you a better rate we will refund the difference back to you. We will do our best to combine multiple orders you may have, to save on shipping as well.

Return Policy

Return Policy: You can return an item if the item is still in brand new, never been used condition, exactly how you received the item. If it was sent in packaging or a zip lock bag it must be returned that way.
We will only accept returns on items 10 days after the date it was delivered it you. After 10 days we can't accept your return. Please check your packages as soon as it arrives to you, to make sure nothing needs to be returned. 

Any item that is defective must be reported via E-mail at within 10 days of the delivery date. Please send us pictures of the damage in the e-mail so we can report that to a manufacturer or shipping carrier if needed.
